Online Bookings

When you request a booking online, your spot is not automatically confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call at least 48 hrs prior to your requested appointment date.

Some appointments may require adjustment to ensure the correct amount of time is allocated for your service. We reserve the right to modify your appointment time to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

Men’s Cuts & Blow Dry’s

All men’s cuts and blow-dry’s must be booked via phone call to the salon directly. Online booking will be unavailable for these services to ensure accurate timing and availability.

Deposits

All new clients are required to pay a 35% deposit upon booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost at the time of checkout.

In the case of cancellations or no shows, the deposit is non-refundable, as detailed in our Cancellations section.

Avoiding Fees

If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please call the salon at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to avoid any service modifications or late fees.

15-Minute Rule: If you are 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to adjust the scope of your service to fit the remaining time available. You will still be charged for the entire service and the allotted time.

More Than 15 Minutes Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or deny your service, depending on our schedule. In such cases, you will still be charged for the missed appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

48-Hour Cancellation Notice: To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
